Consiglio di fare una tappa in questo angolo d’Abruzzo. Oltre alle materie prime di qualità, il locale si contraddistingue per la continua innovazione e ricercatezza nei piatti proposti. Frequento il ristorante ormai da anni ed è sempre un piacere tornare. Infatti, ogni volta sono piacevolmente sorpresa dalle proposte del menu (e anche fuori menu), nel rispetto della stagionalità e territorialità. Per gli amanti del vino è sicuramente il posto ideale per degustare ottime etichette in un’atmosfera accogliente, calda, familiare ma al tempo stesso ricercata (vista la recente ristrutturazione). Non meno degna di nota è l’ampia selezione di carni scelte, cotta sapientemente nel braciere a legna, e di dolci preparati con amore ogni giorno da Rachele (la titolare). È il posto che non ti aspetti in mezzo alle montagne e dove vale la pena trascorrere del tempo di qualità. A tutto staff faccio i miei complimenti…bravi ragazzi continuate così! Ci vediamo presto
Non posso dare 5 stelle solamente perché il piatto di fettuccine porcini e tartufo non era troppo abbondante :) Ma le meritano tutte perché era delizioso. Staff attento e gentile, hanno anche alternative per chi non mangia carne come me. All'interno della sala hanno un caminetto/brace che crea un'atmosfera calda e rilassante. Torneremo sicuramente.
